Hey sis – those “delta ceramcoat” paints are a year old at the most! I use those colors for blythe lips. I guess Delta just kept the same packaging for a long time. that bottle of black paint definitely went bad though, it was all watery so I had to go to michaels. I tossed all the expired paints when I moved and must have missed it.
